In this exciting role, you'll:
* Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
* Expand and scale our global talent pool.
* Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, driving results with speed and intelligence.
Responsibilities
* Build out scalable and strategic global talent pipelines to source for top talents for various roles including Product, Design, AI and Machine Learning, Engineering, Operations, etc.
* Proactively identify and engage with top talents across various recruitment channels and platforms and utilize industry connections and networks (Linkedin, Workable ATS, college and industry specific career websites, etc.).
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, align recruitment strategies and improve recruiting processes; foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Manage the full life cycle process: preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
* Organize candidate documents, onboarding documents, and onboarding processes.
* Spearhead ATS management and recommendations for best solutions that align with SpreeAI's mission and values.
* Use data and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report on recruiting progress on a weekly basis.
