is seeking an energetic Systems Administrator. This role is crucial in supporting our internally developed applications. You will be part of the Applications Systems Integration Team, working on systems and technologies to drive our company's success.
This is a remote position; however, the required location must be within the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Administer and maintain CorVel's internally developed applications, including server build, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
* Develop and implement automation scripts and processes to streamline system management.
* Enhance the security posture of CorVel systems through proactive measures and best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
* Experience managing Windows Server 2019 and later versions.
* Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting web and .Net applications.
* Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Adaptability and responsiveness to changing priorities.
* Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced experience with custom .Net applications.
* Expertise in PowerShell scripting.
* Experience with F5 Administration.
* Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and tools.
* Experience working with remote teams.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CISSP).
PAY RANGE:
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range: $67,086 - $111,634
