Position Overview
Pantheon Data is seeking a seasoned Senior Broadcaster/Producer to lead the production operations for high-profile events, including the Surface Navy Association Symposium and the annual Sea Air Space Exposition. This role demands a highly skilled professional with expertise in production management, audiovisual solutions, and client collaboration to ensure seamless execution of events and communication projects. The Senior Broadcaster/Producer will oversee all aspects of production, from initial concept development to post-event delivery, ensuring that all audiovisual materials meet organizational standards and branding guidelines
Responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience
Education
Minimum of 10 years of experience in production, or 5 years with a Bachelor's Degree in Film, Communications, or Media Studies
Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Work Location
Onsite - Dahlgren, VA; onsite 5 days per week

Responsibilities
- Oversee production operations, including administrative and logistical aspects, for events like the Surface Navy Association Symposium and the annual Sea Air Space Exposition.
- Consult with clients to define production concepts, objectives, and target audiences, advising on script effectiveness and production quality.
- Develop and manage production budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources for audiovisual support and solutions.
- Select and manage production crews, including directors, performers, and technical staff, for events and communication projects.
- Provide audio support and solutions for events, ensuring compliance with agency policies and the delivery of professional, high-quality productions.
- Ensure all audiovisual materials meet NSWCDD standards and branding guidelines.
- Implement innovative production techniques and technologies to enhance content quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in broadcasting and production management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Must possess a Secret clearance.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, AVS Video Converter, and screen capture software.
- Strong leadership and project management skills in a video production environment.
