We work in a high energy, high expectations environment. We place a focus on balancing our professional and personal responsibilities. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: * Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve sales enablement and effectiveness. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes. * Analyze current sales processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement. * Develop and implement best practices, standardized processes, and automation to streamline operations. * Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM to ensure it meets the needs of the sales team. * Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights. * Train and support sales team members on Salesforce best practices and new features. * Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and generate reports. * Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to management, highlighting key performance metrics and insights. * Work closely with marketing, finance, and service teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives. * Facilitate communication and coordination between sales and other departments to support overall business objectives. * Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives. * Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: * 7-10 years of experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of leading sales initiatives and improving sales processes. * Experience working with Salesforce as an administrator or power user. * Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and reporting. * Strong understanding of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce. * Familiarity with sales analytics tools and methodologies. SKILLS * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong leadership and project management abilities. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High attention to detail and organizational skills
