JOB SUMMARY The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruitment functions for all positions across Prince Industries' locations. These positions include semi-skilled and skilled manufacturing and production roles, engineering, administrative and corporate roles. This role is 90% remote with the ability to be on site at the corporate location in Carol Stream as needed. Initial training will be conducted both in person and remote. Due to this, we are looking for a candidate local to the Chicagoland area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for full cycle recruitment including sourcing, resume review, screening applicants, scheduling interviews for hiring managers and overseeing the hiring process. * Develop best practices and company-wide recruitment strategies. * Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to maintain current job requisitions and recruiting activities. * Provide support and training to hiring managers on the recruiting process and use of the ATS. * Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to discuss department needs and ongoing recruitment. * Utilize outside job boards to actively source for candidates including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. * Work with external temp staffing agencies for urgent hiring needs. * Responsible for salary banding for all roles across the organization to ensure that compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards. * Administer recruiting measures and provide analysis and recommendations for adjusting techniques and strategies to meet targets. * Report on hiring, retention, turnover, and other workforce trends. * Responsible for maintenance of Prince's affirmative action plan, including accurate reporting and training and partnership with managers to ensure that recruitment, hiring, and all employment practices are consistent with the AAP's goals and objectives. * Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES * Must have knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment and selection. * Energetic and driven personality with a passion for working with people. * Professional attitude and ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive HR and recruiting matters. * Must be able to work independently and be self-directed and manage time effectively in a role that will have less oversight due to the opportunity to work remotely. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships with all levels of the Company. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Minimum 5+ years' experience in a high-volume recruiting role. * Experience recruiting in the manufacturing field. * Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience. * Strong PC experience in (Outlook, Word & Excel). * Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems. * Strong sourcing experience through internet search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed Resume.
