Description SAFETY SUPERVISOR Responsibilities: * Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures. * Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes. * Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment. * Compile, analyze, and interpret statistical data related to occupational illnesses and accidents. * All other duties assigned by the Safety and Health Manager Qualifications. Minimum Qualifications: * 3+ years' experience in manufacturing setting * 1+ years' experience in management * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Excellent attention to detail * Bachelor Degree in a related field preferred * 2-5 years' experience in a similar role * Work in a fast pace environment where beef is processed * Able to work at least 50+ hours a week * Must be a highly effective communicator * FLEXIBLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits: * Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage * Paid Time off: sick leave, vacation and 6 company observed holidays; * 401(k): eligible after the 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule * This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; The company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
