Experience with AVID and advanced math/calculus/trigonometry also preferred. This position is for the 2024-2025 school year and is probationary unless start date is after 8/2. Per Master Agreement, when a position is filled after the opening of school by an individual who was not employed by the District in the previous school year, that employee will receive a one-year temporary contract. QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL LICENSED POSITIONS: Required Teachers must hold a valid Colorado License. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions required the following physical demands: some lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling: and signification fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires sitting, walking, and standing. This job is performed in generally a clean and healthy environment. CLEARANCE: Must clear background check through the CBI and the FBI through Fingerprint submission. SALARY: Placement on Licensed Teacher salary schedule based upon highest degree earned, college credits earned after highest degree and previous teaching experience. Highest initial step placement on the Licensed Salary Schedule is Step 9.
