To achieve this vision, Linda seeks a dynamic Chief of Staff to act as a trusted partner, strategist, and executor. This is a full-time, in-person role based in New York City. Linda integrates her life as a global CEO with her personal life as an active mom to Eden and Tybee Feiler, both current sophomores at Yale, and wife to bestselling author Bruce Feiler. You'll get to know the entire family. The Chief of Staff Opportunity: The Chief of Staff role is demanding but deeply rewarding. It's about high-stakes problem-solving, building bridges across cultures, and helping Linda navigate the intersections of entrepreneurship, venture capital, and impact. In this role you will act as Linda's alter ego, enabling her to focus on core priorities while assisting her in managing the operational complexity of leading a global organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Communication * Act as the central hub for communicating Linda's vision across the organization. * Represent the CEO in interactions with C-suite executives, Board members, and Endeavor Entrepreneurs. * Draft key communications, including speeches, presentations, op-eds, press releases, and internal updates, tapping into Linda's unique voice & messages. 2. Endeavor Brand & CEO Presence * Together with Endeavor's CMO, create and execute a social media and PR strategy that elevates Linda's profile while aligning with Endeavor's mission. * Oversee updates to Linda's personal website and public-facing materials. 3. Executive Office Operations * Coordinate Linda's complex international travel and maintain seamless scheduling across professional and family commitments, partnering with Linda's EA. * Serve as CEO gatekeeper, ensuring Linda focuses on high-priority tasks. 4. Stakeholder Engagement * Cultivate relationships with Endeavor's Global and Local Boards, Regional Managing Directors and Country MDs, and Outlier Endeavor Entrepreneurs. * Participate in planning and executing high-profile events such as Global Board meetings, Entrepreneur Retreats, and International Selection Panels. 5. Special Projects & Problem Solving * Tackle ad hoc challenges with creativity and agility. * Proactively identify and address operational inefficiencies. Qualifications / Prior Experience We're looking for a Chief of Staff who will be a force multiplier - someone who will expand Linda's bandwidth, solve problems before she even sees them, and enable her to dream even bigger as Endeavor's team works towards making Vision 2035 a reality.
