Overview Kimley-Horn is looking for a product marketing coordinator to join our firmwide Technology Solutions team! As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you will conduct market research to inform product roadmaps and develop product messaging and support creative strategies to drive customer demand and increase brand awareness for Kimley-Horn's Technology Solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role with a great opportunity to expand Kimley-Horn's software business in its next stages of growth. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities * Conduct market research to inform product roadmaps * Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned products * Collaborate with internal teams to effectively plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns * Write and edit content for product promotional collateral, including brochures, sales enablement materials, and case studies * Translate product features and benefits into customer-facing messaging * Conduct market research to determine a target audience's needs, wants, habits, interests, and other factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns * Research and document the market landscape and activities of competitors * Support, organize, and implement special projects/events to promote products * Ability to think critically and creatively to generate new ideas for marketing and research activities * Perform other duties as needed or assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Human-Centered Design, or a similar field * 5-10 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or event settings * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Creative, flexible, and results-oriented * Excellent organization and time management skills * Team player with a positive attitude/client service mentality * Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Applicants must be legally authorized to work for Kimley-Horn in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
