Position Responsibilities * Architect, design and deliver highly available, reliable and cost-effective hosting solutions. * Obtain requirements from end users, department heads or other IT discipline teams. * Provide guidance, leadership and technical expertise for all IT Hosting Services initiatives. * Architect, solution and perform POC (Proof of Concept) testing and documentation. * Work with other teams to create an architectural model before moving forward with POC. * Document, implement and review IT Hosting Services policies, procedures and solutions. * Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster IT Hosting Services architecture discoveries. * Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster effective Risk Management awareness, including disaster avoidance, change and problem management. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree. * 8+ years experience with VMware, SAN, Windows, and Citrix. * May require travel to branch and international locations. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to manage in a matrix and global organization.
