Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience * Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round, (Weekends Required) * Ski/Snowboard experience required, Intermediate Level Job Responsibilities: * Maintain a positive attitude while solving IT challenges, enjoying the benefits of working for a ski company and having fun in a manner that encourages coworkers to do the same. * Lead and execute changes that improve support and reliability for systems across a broad geographical area. * Aid in developing and executing small to medium sized projects with high visibility. * Receive training to provide advanced support and administration of a variety of specialized network systems. * Apply standard principles, concepts, and techniques toward the identification and resolution of hardware problems. * Strive for continual improvement and growth by actively participating in company and IT-specific training. * Create and maintain documentation detailing network design & configuration * Suggest and support implementation of new ideas for improving network architecture, standards, and operations. Job Requirements: * Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly. * Solution oriented with desire to learn new skills. * In depth knowledge of the support needs within an enterprise environment. * Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time. * Able to move 50 lbs (with assistance if needed). * Should be able to work a schedule that can include weekends and holidays. * Ability to ski or snowboard at intermediate level, or desire to learn. * Valid US driver's license.
