Key Responsibilities:
Investor Onboarding and Documentation
* Oversee the investor onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation, KYC (Know Your Customer), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements are complete and in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Maintain up-to-date investor records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Transaction Processing
* Process investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and distributions, in line with fund policies and procedures.
* Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions within the fund's accounting and administration systems.
Investor Reporting and Communication
* Prepare and distribute periodic investor reports, such as account statements, capital calls, and distribution notices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
* Serve as the main point of contact for investor inquiries, addressing questions regarding transactions, reporting, and general fund information professionally and promptly.
Data Management and Reconciliation
* Conduct regular reconciliation of investor records and ensure accuracy of information across fund accounting systems.
* Verify and validate investor transactions and balances in coordination with the accounting and fund administration teams.
Compliance and Regulatory Support
* Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all investor data and transactions adhere to regulatory requirements, including FATCA and CRS reporting obligations.
* Assist with the preparation of documentation required for audits, regulatory reporting, and investor due diligence.
Process Improvement
* Identify areas for improvement in investor services processes and suggest efficient solutions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
* Participate in system updates and testing to ensure continued compliance and functionality of investor reporting and processing systems.
Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
* Prior experience in investor relations, fund administration, or financial services
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with fund administration software is advantageous.
