This role requires that you are located within, or able to relocate to, 2 hours' driving distance to Oregon for frequent travel within the state to our communities located in the Portland Metro, Salem Metro, Coos Bay, and Klammath Falls areas. This pivotal role ensures continuity in operations and sales by stepping in as the Executive Director (ED) or Sales Director (SD) during vacancies, absences, or training periods. You'll drive operational success, maintain community standards, achieve occupancy goals, and foster resident satisfaction-all while making a lasting impact across our network of communities. What You'll Do * Lead with Excellence: Act as the Executive Director or Sales Director in communities during transitions, ensuring seamless operations and positive outcomes. * Drive Occupancy Growth: Implement effective sales and marketing strategies, build relationships with referral sources, and conduct community tours to boost census and revenue. * Support and Train Leaders: Mentor and guide new and existing EDs and SDs, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and adherence to company best practices. * Ensure Operational Success: Oversee budgets, monitor expenses, and drive cost-effective operations while maintaining resident satisfaction. * Engage with Communities: Build relationships with residents, families, and local partners while fostering a culture of care and trust. * Stay Compliant: Maintain adherence to state and federal regulations, ensuring safety, quality assurance, and regulatory excellence. What We're Looking For * Proven experience as an Executive Director, Sales Director, or similar leadership role in senior living or a related field. Current, active RCFE/ALF Administrator's License in the State of Oregon and/or meet the requirements to obtain this immediately after hire. * A leader with strong communication, organizational, and team management skills. * Flexibility to travel and work across multiple communities. * Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, sales, marketing, and regulatory compliance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools. * A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
