A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you'll mostly be: * Circulates through each Banquet function to ensure guests are engaged and banquet team is executing event to standard and exceeding guests expectations. * Manage department finances and labor. * Collaborates with the Director of F&B, Executive Chef and Sales team to ensure all information is obtained to deliver exceptional service and quality event experiences for our guests. Qualifications and Expectations: * Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field * 4+ years' related experience, including management experience * Must speak local language * Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
