JOB SUMMARY: The Social Media Manager holds a pivotal role in building a well established online presence on social channels. This position spearheads the planning, development, execution, publishing, and analytical assessment of social content initiatives for assigned social channels and content pillars, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, X, & YouTube. In this role you will collaborate extensively with our Creative Director. Craft purpose-driven content by leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the multiple brands, business objectives, product portfolios, customers/guests, and industry best practices. This position is located in Visalia, CA. And will require you to be on sight 5 days per week. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Primary responsibilities include managing social content for 8 automotive dealerships, 1 motorsports store, 4 radio stations, as well as social support for radio clientele * Manage the end-to-end social content process including: Developing and submitting monthly content calendars for assigned content pillars and categories * Writing or providing assets for compelling and visually appealing content, including custom graphics, images, videos and reels. * Providing feedback to Creative Director to ensure alignment across all brands, business objectives, and social best practices * Scheduling and publishing content across different social media channels using scheduling tools, as well as ads to drive traffic to businesses * Analyzing content performance to develop insights and recommendations for future content development and scheduling * Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications * Develop a strong understanding of the Groppetti Automotive Family brand and it's culture * Create a learning agenda for assigned social content pillars and categories to continually improve social content performance * Seek out ideas for social content creative JOB REQUIREMENTS: * 2+ years demonstrated success managing social content programs and platforms or relevant content marketing experience at an established brand * Experience using social content publishing and analytics tools * Deep knowledge of social platform features, algorithms, creative best practices, analytics and KPIs * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and pivot when needed * Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills * Strong verbal, written, and communication skills * Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly * Deep understanding of social media content and platform best practices * Demonstrates resilience under tight deadlines and shifting priorities EDUCATION: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, social media, communications, public relations, creative writing, digital design, or relevant field.
