The Legal Intern will be a part of the Legal department in our Waltham, MA office, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of due diligence materials for pending real estate transactions and pending lawsuits. We offer a flexible work environment, with the option to work from home up to two days a week for all staff. "Gauges" of Responsibility * Assist in the preparation of due diligence materials for pending real estate transactions. * Help finalize complete legal file consolidation * Attend/observe various internal negotiations, meetings & discussions. * Help review various contracts. * Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
