JOB DESCRIPTION * Field incoming calls in the fast-paced EasyPay (MetroCard) Account Service Center in compliance with established call handling standards. * Become knowledgeable in EasyPay policies and procedures and be able to accurately provide information to customers. * Provide service and assistance to customers regarding account maintenance, payment processing, close accounts and general information. * Complete and submit all necessary daily paperwork. * Balance and reconcile payments processed at the end of the day. * Work alternate Saturdays 8:55 a.m. - 2:05 p.m. shift * Work schedule will initially be 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. M-F with alternate Saturdays. Must be flexible to work other shifts as needed. Flexibility to work additional hours when required is necessary. * Report to a Supervisor and accept instruction from Team Leads. * Possess excellent personal time management and dependability are requirements EDUCATION: * High School Diploma is required for this position. QUALIFICATIONS The individual in this position must have prior clerical/ customer service work. In-person customer service experience a plus. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and must be capable of entering data both accurately and efficiently.
