Key Role:
Lead large-scale operations and transformation contracts as the Deputy Program Manager and increase business capability and value, reduce cost and risk, foster innovation, and maximize accountability and return on investment. Interact frequently with internal and external management and senior-level customer representatives concerning Booz Allen space investments, customer projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and contractual clarifications. Lead briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives. Support the program's overall operational and innovative efforts and lead a team of cross-functional professionals in support of priority client efforts. Leverage technical understanding of operations to create and apply solutions aligned to the client's mission. Lead strategy of development of solutions to highly complex problems.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience with delivering and managing technical services, including Engineering and Architecture, Training, Managing large programs
Experience with Federal Government communities
Experience with space operations, systems engineering, digital transformation
Experience with leading geographically dispersed teams and developing staff
Ability to convey results clearly in formal technical reports and deliver briefings to senior clients
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with mentoring, developing, and managing highly productive leaders who can win new business, develop technical solutions, and lead large-scale, complex captures and proposals
Possession of excellent analytical skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
