We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in the US. This role will play a key part driving our US executive recruitment strategy and supporting senior level positions.
As a Senior Executive Recruiter at ASM, you will have an opportunity to build and scale the Executive Recruiting function. You will be responsible for developing recruitment processes that support bringing executive searches in-house as well as managing external agency relationships.
This role will be onsite (4 days a week) in Phoenix, Arizona.
In this role, you will:
* Partner closely with executive business leaders to understand hiring needs, build strong relationships and provide strategic recruiting support.
* Build and scale an executive recruiting function that aligns with current business needs and anticipates future growth.
* Develop and lead end-to-end executive recruitment processes for senior and executive level positions, with searches focused on technical leadership in advance R&D and related Hardware, Process and Software engineering.
* Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top executive talent, utilizing both traditional and creative recruiting methods.
* Develop recruiting strategies which produce and attract a diverse pipeline of executive talent.
* Conduct comprehensive talent mapping to build pipelines for current and future executive roles.
* Manage relationships and pipeline with external agency partners.
* Deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Provide expert guidance and market insights to stakeholders on talent trends, compensation benchmarking and competitive intelligence.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 12+ years of experience in executive recruiting, with a mix of in-house and agency/search firm experience.
* 12+ years of experience building sourcing strategies for executive-level talent through various channels, including networking and leveraging online tools/platforms.
* Proven track record in managing senior-level and executive searches across various functions, with a strong emphasis on technical/engineering roles.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with executive business partners and senior leadership.
* Proven ability to make data-driven decisions, analyze recruitment metrics and presenting these insights to stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to execute talent mapping initiatives and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and drive results.
* Must possess a strong sense of curiosity, a passion for solving complex challenges and a proactive mindset with a willingness to take action.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of the semiconductor equipment industry and/or high-tech sectors.
* Experience building technical and/or executive recruiting functions.
* Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS.
