Senior Physical Therapist - RCEC at BenchMark Physical Therapy summary:
The Senior Physical Therapist - RCEC at BenchMark Physical Therapy is responsible for providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment for patients while also fulfilling leadership and mentorship roles within the organization. The position requires effective communication with both patients and clinical team members to deliver high-quality care and foster professional development. The role involves traveling within the Michigan market and dedicating 80% of time to direct patient care, integrating clinical excellence with a commitment to ongoing learning and teamwork.
BenchMark Physical Therapy is hiring a Senior Physical Therapist to fulfill a Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator position for our clinics in the Indianapolis, Indiana market.

What you need…
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current or pending state licensure
Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care
Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach our clinical staff
Effective time management skills to provide 80% direct patient care and 20% RCEC duties weekly
Ability to provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians
Ability to travel (as needed) within the Michigan market
