Job Summary: The Program Director is responsible for contractual, managerial, operational and administrative duties relating to the program. The Program Director represents Southwest Key Programs in all interactions with prospective, former and current youth/families, funding sources, suppliers and the community served. The Program Director must maintain a flexible work schedule that may include working hours other than regular work schedule and evenings, weekends. Qualifications and Requirements: * This position will require a Bachelors degree in Human Services, Education, or related field plus two (2) * years of related experience working with youth * Masters in Human or Social Service preferred * Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel), variety of online database system. * Possess excellent verbal and writing skills * Clear criminal background checks from appropriate entity * Must possess a valid state driver's license * Bilingual preferred Physical Demands: Must be able to obtain First Aid and CPR Certification. Must be able to perform physical holds. Be able to drive, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Daily use of various office equipment. Bending, stooping, climbing up stairs and lifting up to 15 lbs. required to complete daily tasks. Work Environment: Work shifts are subject to change. Noise levels vary from mild to moderate. Typical setting is office space with youth for extended periods of time. May be exposed to inclement weather conditions if driving youth to and from the program.
