This individual will serve as the vital link between our information technology team and the business; gathering and documenting requirements, establishing feature success criteria and establishing full domain knowledge of the program. Responsibilities: * Lead business/technical discussion regarding system features. * Document key elements of the system requirements, interfaces and reporting. * Bridge the gap of business requirements and technical specifications. * Develop Feature/release specification documents which clearly and succinctly identify the issue, goal and acceptance criteria. * Develop and deliver ad hoc and standard reports as needed. * Establish domain expertise on our Gateway system specification and certification to third-party vendors, inclusive of support, review and approval of certifications. * Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. * Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. * Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. * Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. * Performing user acceptance testing. * Assist QA in developing test cases and ensuring requirement alignment. * Assist with the managing of competing resources and priorities. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. * 2+ years proven experience as a business analyst, with a track record of creating and implementing effective functional specifications. * Team player willing and able to do what it takes to make the program a success * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Self-starter/self-motivating in a fast pace dynamic environment * Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL.
