As the Americas Marketing and Sales Enablement Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing a dynamic, modern marketing and sales strategy that drives growth and positions dss+ as a leader in operations transformation consulting. This role requires a dynamic , results orientated visionary leader who has expertise in driving transformation across the Americas (North America and South America) and implementing strategies that generate demand, enhance brand value, and foster long-term client relationships. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in client needs analysis, market segmentation, offering development, go-to-market planning, and the ability to connect strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and strengthen our competitive positioning in the Americas market. You will work collaboratively with teams across diverse industries, including Oil and Gas, Metals and Mining, Industrials & Manufacturing, Ag, Food & Consumer Products and Private Equity & Principal Investors. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership * Brand Strategy: Refine and elevate a differentiated Americas brand position that resonates across our stakeholder groups. * Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and support integrated regional strategies, ensuring alignment across practices, industries, and regions to meet business objectives. * Innovation and Long-Term Vision: Anticipate emerging trends and lead transformational strategies to position dss+ as a market leader. * Internal Communications: Ensure that all communication efforts are cohesive, effective, and aligned with the company's and regional strategic goals. Maintaining consistency on our global brand narrative and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders. Marketing Excellence * Content and Thought Leadership: Refine and oversee the Americas content strategy, ensuring high-quality, data-driven, and client-centric materials that support sales enablement and brand awareness. * Demand and Lead Generation: Develop and enable teams to generate qualified leads using modern marketing tools and channels, including account-based marketing, digital platforms, media relations, and events. * Digital Marketing: Drive digital transformation, enhancing our online presence in the Americas and implementing strategies for effective engagement. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with industry, practice and market leadership, and regional and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing and sales efforts. Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and initiatives. Sales Enablement and Commercial Operations * Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales leaders to implement strategies that empower teams, improve conversions, and create efficiencies in the end-to-end marketing-to-sales process; Understand client business challenges and market dynamics to inform tailored marketing and sales approaches that foster long-term relationships and client satisfaction Collaborate with sales teams and client-facing professionals to gather insights on current market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities * CRM and Data Utilization: Refine practices for CRM use, provide regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), and data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing ROI and improve visibility into marketing & sales performance. * Process Optimization: Simplify and industrialize Americas marketing and sales workflows, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions. Transformational Leadership * Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing Americas marketing and communications team, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth. * Teaming, Collaboration and Influence: Working alongside Americas leadership to collaboratively shape, develop, position and action go to market plans * Organizational Change: Act as a catalyst for change, modernizing marketing approaches and aligning the function with the strategic goals of dss+. * Investor and Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to amplify the impact of marketing initiatives. Metrics of Success * Marketing ROI: Achieve measurable returns on marketing investments. * Brand Awareness: Elevate global brand recognition and positioning. * Lead Generation: Drive pipeline growth with quality leads and higher conversion rates. * Customer Retention: Foster deeper client relationships and repeat engagements.
