ADMO is a growing company that specializes in plastic injection molding. We are looking for motivated team members who have solid processing and diagnostic skills. This position is currently open for a 2nd shift, but a great candidate may have other options. We are currently investing in new machines and auxiliary equipment and looking towards the future as our customer base expands.

Now for the formal details...

Job Purpose:

The Process Technician is responsible for job start-ups and troubleshooting at the direction of the shift foreman or production manager and in co-operation with Quality Control and other departments, as needed, to meet the demands of the production schedule.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Start jobs at the direction of the shift supervisor
  • Respond to technical or quality concerns as needed
  • Work closely with Quality Control to resolve problems
  • Troubleshoot issues and solve problems with machines as they arise
  • Communicate needs and issues to the shift supervisor
  • Assist in training operators, as needed, at the direction of the shift supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned by shift supervisor

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma, GED or 12 years formal education preferred, but not required
  • 5 years experience in injection molding and troubleshooting
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Must be able to lift 60+ pounds, climb up and down ladders and sit or stand for up to 8 hours
