We are looking for a highly passionate Technical Program Manager to help scale up our global network. As a Technical Program Manager II - Azure Networking, you will be responsible for the overall velocity and quality of network scale out. You will drive business value by working across organizations to meet Microsoft customer capacity needs in Microsoft datacenters and edge sites. You will learn about the Microsoft Cloud and accelerate your career growth by driving design of network and software platforms within the Network team and across partner infrastructure organizations in Microsoft. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development * OR equivalent experience. * 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Other Requirements: * Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: * Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development * OR equivalent experience. * 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. * 1+ years of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). * Previous experience in Networking and Software development is a plus. Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. You'll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations. * Define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects. You'll coordinate and ensure alignment across teams. * With minimal supervision, you will help deliver on roadmap for feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and stay updated with governance programs. * Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with other departments to collect performance metrics.
