That's why we are currently recruiting for a detailed-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer II to join our team. What you will do in the position: * Implement continuous improvement ideas using Lean methods and tools to maximize efficiency and quality * Create or update Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions * Train operators on manufacturing equipment and best practices * Monitor manufacturing processes data collection to prepare for analysis * Create and modify machine programs for all automated equipment * Implement, maintain and repair new and existing manufacturing equipment What you will need to succeed in this position: * Understanding of IPC-A-610 Class II & III as well as J-STD-001 Standards * Experience with Lead-Free SMT and TH processes and programming; Panasonic preferred * Ability to follow quality processes * 3+ years experience in a related field * High School Diploma - Required * BA or BS (college graduate in a related field) - Preferred * Technical Certification - Preferred Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $100,300.00 per annum. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role.
