As a Enterprise Infrastructure Manager Sr within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. * PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.* Ideal individual would have a strong background in enterprise voice technologies including traditional PBX systems, VoIP solutions, Cloud Telephony, and Unified Communications Platforms. Will lead the strategy for creating the future Enterprise Voice environment focused on resiliency, security, and performance, while enhancing the existing Voice technologies. Maintains a strategic focus in the group while dealing with the most complex matters including but not limited to; integration, workflow, and/or risk. Capable of working directly with a variety of customers including the business, who is dependent upon the technologies, the applications that are running on the platforms, and the peer teams owning complementary or dependent technology. Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience: * Individual would have effective communication skills to speak with customers on their strategy to meet their needs based on requirements/feedback and overall Enterprise Voice position. * Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships both with internal team and stakeholders, but also with our current and future vendors. * Industry knowledge and constant view of current and changing trends in Voice. * Individual would be consistently looking to improve the Enterprise Voice platform through better resiliency and feature/functions in order to establish and maintain a competitive advantage. * Experience in negotiation and financial responsibility. Job Description * Delivers products/services in alignment with business needs and objectives. Responsible for multiple teams or departments within the Enterprise Infrastructure function. * Leads infrastructure planning, development strategies/initiatives and product lifecycle/service orientation; determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs. Oversees portfolio/program/project management responsibilities. Directs financial management and risk management capabilities. * Leads stable and secure environment, incident management, product health/patching, and the asset management lifecycle. Communicates with vendors, suppliers and executive management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support. * Designs best practices for technology architecture and management. * Directs, motivates, develops and oversees the performance of the management team and key staff. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Preferred Skills Information Security, IT Architecture, Network Administration, Network Support, Software Testing, System Administration Competencies Hardware Infrastructure, Information Security Technologies, IT Architecture, IT Environment, IT Industry: Trends & Directions, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Standards, Procedures & Policies, IT Systems Management, System and Technology Integration Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
