Job Title: HR Representative Location: Belgrade, Serbia Key Areas of Responsibility: * Primary responsibility of role is to respond to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Portal and HR self-service forms associated with particular HR transactions (using ServiceNow case management) * Position interacts with managers, prospective candidates and employees via e-mail, web requests, live chat, phone or in person * Represents the company as first point of contact for HR related requests/ concerns/ questions for current and former employees, third parties and vendors * Works directly with employees, HR specialists and other teams to resolve a query * Position required to follow up with customers to ensure completion of task within specified best practices and KPIs. * Gathers information and records data in HR tools; Monitors transaction status and escalates transactions, as necessary. * Escalates a query to appropriate Specialist or Subject matter expert in case needed * Create documents per employee's request * Prepares appropriate paperwork (employment contracts, annexes) and performs all administrative tasks required per labor law in an efficient and responsible manner * Keep the archive up to date and organized in accordance to local legal requirements * Suggests and works on process improvements and updates continuously * Provides feedback regarding accuracy of knowledge articles and processes documented to supervisor. Responsibility for creation of documented knowledge relating to processes. Basic Qualifications and Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree (Psychology, Human Resource Management and related courses) * At least 2 years of related experience (HR Administration/ Back Office/ Shared Service - preferably in a large corporation/ 500+ employees and mass document preparation) * Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel - including mailmerge and basic VBA/ formulas) * Fluency in Serbian and English language * Excellent communication skills (business writing and verbal) * Attention to detail and organisation * Previous experience in customer facing environment preferred * Experience of Workday and ServiceNow.
