Senior Mining Engineer Required Qualifications * US Citizenship Required * Bachelor's degree in Geologic Engineering, Mining Engineering or similar 10-12 years relevant work experience OR MS with 8-10 years of relevant work experience * Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility * Due to the work you will perform and interactions with the intelligence community and DoD programs, a TS/SCI security clearance is preferred, but a TS security clearance with SCI eligibility is accepted * Ability to clearly express in writing technical analysis results * Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills and a proactive attitude * Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences * Relocation to Reston, VA Senior Mining Engineer Desired Qualifications * Master's degree in Geologic Engineering, Mining Engineering or similar * 10 years of experience in solving engineering/science problems * Military or defense-related experience and an understanding of operational planning and functional defeat of hard targets and underground facilities * Background or experience with Lidar collection and data processing and analysis This offer is contingent upon contract award and in certain cases approval of your qualifications for the position by the Prime contractor and the government agency.
