Hourly Rate: $16.00-$21.00 depending on RBT Competency Exam/Experience Location: 101 Uhland Rd, Suite #204 San Marcos, Texas 78666 The following defines the primary job responsibilities of the Behavior Technician. * Energetic individual who enjoys working with children with special needs * Willing to work with children with diagnoses such as Autism and who may display challenging behaviors * Willing to implement behavior support plans targeting behavior reduction. * Teach self-help skills, self advocacy skills, and social skills. * Ability to accept feedback while receiving daily coaching, clinical supervision, and employment supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through in person observation and via the camera monitoring system. * Collect and summarize data as specified by the individualized treatment plan. * A commitment to show up everyday and to be part of a team-oriented work environment where staff work together for the collective good of patient care and each other.
