The Titleist Golf Ball Product Management team is looking for an MBA intern that reports to the Senior Manager, Golf Ball Product Management. The intern will be heavily integrated into the daily responsibilities of the Product Management team. This will include the opportunity to be immersed into the Research & Development process, gain an understanding of Golf Ball manufacturing and form connections with Titleist associates in all key areas of the Golf Ball business. The MBA intern will support the Strategic Planning and Leadership Team on key designated projects summarized below: * Advanced Decoration Research & Strategy: Utilizing various company resources and data, the MBA intern will analyze the golf ball advanced decoration landscape. This is to be inclusive of the current decoration capacity and future capabilities. The intern will be tasked to work with Product Management and R&D to build a golfer research plan to gain key insights on golfer preferences and alignment marking performance. Onsite golfer research execution at Titleist Massachusetts facilities and surrounding golf courses required. Forward looking strategic proposal should incorporate volumes, timing, and pricing recommendations. Success for this project is an easily digestible strategy for immediate action. * Pinnacle Activation Strategy: Utilizing various company resources and data, this intern will develop and implement an activation strategy for the Pinnacle brand, not limited to opportunities to grow share, maximizing margin potential, SKU optimization and promotional execution. This project should include utilizing consumer research, field work, collaboration with retail merchandising teams, understanding of production process, and working with digital/media teams. Activation plan should incorporate volumes, timing, cost, and promotional strategy for the next two years. Success for this project is an easily digestible strategy for immediate action. Desired Qualifications: * Passion for strategic analysis, digital marketing, supply-chain innovation and product creation * An eagerness to learn, and natural curiosity * Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment * Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment with high business acumen * Strong attention to detail and project management skills * Avid golfer or experience/familiarity with golf a plus Location/Hours: * Titleist Golf Balls are located in Fairhaven, MA (car travel required) * 8a - 5p, Monday - Friday * Reports to Senior Manager, Golf Ball Product Management Expected Experience Outcomes: * After successful completion of the internship, the student will have the opportunity to present to Titleist Leadership the strategies and executions taken on the various projects.
