The People Products team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust HR applications for Meta employees. We are currently looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Application Manager with a strong background supporting the employee lifecycle. The individual will have the ability to manage and grow the systems, support critical programs across the company, and drive impactful change in a rapidly evolving organization. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in defining the future-state of the employee journey at Meta.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years experience implementing or building solutions with enterprise software. Experience harmonizing first-party and third-party technical environments Sophisticated understanding of recruiting processes and recruiting tooling Experience defining best practices and standardization in partnership with HR & Engineering stakeholders Experience juggling between strategy, execution and operational activities Experience leading effectively and influencing cross-functional groups Experience in human resources related domains, (HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).
