Responsibilities This intern will primarily assist in the recruiting function with additional opportunities to assist in training, benefits, and general HR functions at one the South's premier Mechanical Contractors. Requirements * Must be a current student or recent grad in an accredited 4-year degree program * Major: HR or related area * GPA: 3.0 or higher * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications * Human Resources experience * HRIS or ATS experience a plus Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Characteristics * Strong computer and technology skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills * Detailed-orientated, self-starter, team player, works well in a support role, able to maintain confidentiality.
