As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle: * Service Requests: Light electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and HVAC/PTAC maintenance. * Apartment Turnovers: Painting, appliance repair/replacement, plumbing fixes, and lock changes. * Curb Appeal: Routine inspections of grounds and buildings to keep them looking their best. * Snow Removal: Keeping driveways, sidewalks, and office areas clear during winter. * Emergency Maintenance: On-call duties for urgent repairs. What You'll Need: * Your own vehicle and a valid driver's license. * Previous maintenance experience. * A knack for solving mechanical challenges, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliances, and pool maintenance (if applicable). * The ability to read and follow work orders. * Strong safety practices and communication skills.
