Responsibilities:
• Managing traditional mail forms from UPS promptly
• Assisting with the organization of company events and functions
• Facilitating the ordering of lunches and managing all hands-on-deck situations
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the breakroom including dishes and coffee preparation
• Serving as the first point of contact at the entry, with your own computer and phone
• Maintaining a guest log for visitors and informing engineers of their arrival
• Purchasing supplies for the breakroom, bathrooms, and other essential areas
• Jumping between departments when needed to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborating across departments and sharing skills for continuous learning and improvement
• Answering inbound calls and correspondences, ensuring top-notch customer service
• Conducting data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office Suite
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating direct mail and distribution of incoming mail
• Ordering office supplies as required.
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling inbound-outbound calls effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, providing assistance and information to clients in a detail-oriented manner.
• Skilled in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries promptly and in a detail-oriented way.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Capable of scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
• Experience with direct mail initiatives, including creation, distribution, and tracking.
• Ability to distribute incoming mail in a timely and organized manner.
• Responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
