Summary: Join Newell Brands' Studio Creative team as a Retoucher / Post-Production Artist and contribute your expertise to our diverse portfolio of iconic consumer goods brands, including Marmot, Coleman, Graco, Baby Jogger, Crock-Pot, Calphalon, Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Elmer's, Yankee Candle, and more. As a Digital Image Retoucher / Post-Production Artist with at least 3 years of experience, you'll be responsible for correcting and manipulating images and videos for both product and editorial style photographs in a high-volume omni setting. Your role will involve applying color grading and presets with an artistic eye, ensuring image and video quality control, and adhering to prescribed workflows. Collaborating closely with photo editors, renderers, video production, and other stakeholders, you'll seamlessly bridge the creative and technical aspects of post-production. Responsibilities: * Strong color correction, image manipulation, restoration, materials, fashion, patterns, compositing images and motion graphic * Understanding of digital photography and lighting techniques * Manage workflow of assets from capture, retouching, to delivery of files to Digital Asset Management tool * Maintain rigorous quality control processes, reviewing and approving all outgoing content to ensure it meets our standards of excellence and exceeds client expectations * Stay informed about advancements in post-production technology and software, identifying opportunities to enhance our capabilities, streamline our workflow, and maintain our competitive edge in the industry Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in visual digital effects, digital filmmaking, media production, animation & visual effects, or related field (preferred) * Experience in media consultancy, visual effects studio, entertainment industry, or consumer durables industry, motion design (preferred), * 3+ years of post-production experience with expertise in retouching * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom and After effects, * Experience with Adobe Workfront and Keyshot and Davinci Resolve is a nice to have * Experience in color correction, image manipulation, restoration, motion graphic, patterns, and compositing * Understanding of file formats, resolution, and color spaces for various mediums * Ability to work with large volumes of images and meet tight deadlines * Strong passion for speed and simplicity * Detail-oriented and operationally focused * Strong organizing skills Soft Skills: * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple images and videos * Collaborate effectively with Business Teams, producers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions. * Demonstrate integrity, maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges. * Operate independently given direction and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised. * Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams * Creativity and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility and adaptability to changing project needs and priorities * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Interpersonal savvy: effectively work with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies.
