As the Product Development Coordinator, you will support initiatives from the beginning of the promotional marketing campaign through to final execution. This will include idea generation, merchandise sourcing, presentation creation, international order processing and procurement, all while communicating with high-profile clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support team on promotional marketing campaigns, with an initial emphasis on merchandise processing, and creating sales pitches
• Have a strong understanding of international order shipping and freight polices, labels, and testing
• Understand product development process from idea to store
• Work collaborative with creative teams to follow client’s brand guidelines for presentation development
• Partner with vendors on sourced merchandise price quotes, order tracking, and other steps necessary to successfully fulfilling projects with international vendors
• Manage CRM and Project Tracker to ensure expectations of client needs and project expectations are met on-time
• Strong project management skills to be able to track orders and ensure order completion
• Be adaptable to change priorities with short notice
• Organize merchandise stock in all product categories within onsite inventory closet
• Strong logistics knowledge of international shipping verbiage: FOB shipping point, CPT, DDP and Ex-Works
• Understanding of imports characteristics: Taxes, Tariffs, Duties
• Understanding of UPC barcode labels and care tag labels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint with an emphasis on Excel
