Locations: Tulsa, OK Type:Urban Salary Range:$60,000 to $65,000 / Per Year Open Period:8/21/2024 until filled Summary:We have a very competitive benefit package along with a healthy work and home balance. Disability coverage is provided at no cost to the employee. Supplemental Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage is available at an additional cost to the employee. (Evidence of Insurability may apply.) Retirement: IHCRC offers a 403(b) plan for you to immediately start contributing to upon hire. After one year, and 1000 hours of service, IHCRC contributes an amount equal to 4% of your yearly base salary to a 401(a) plan. This amount increases to 5% after 5 years and 6% after 10 years of service. Vesting in the 401(a) plan is based on a 6 year graded vesting schedule. Paid Time Off: PTO combines sick time and vacation time into one bank of time that is used for all personal time off. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work Full Time, 40 hour per week, earn Paid Time Off at a rate of 6.77 hours per pay period (22 days per year). After 5 years of service, Paid Time Off is accrued at a rate of 9.23 hours per pay period (30 days per year). Physicians start accruing at the 9.23 accrual rate immediately upon becoming benefits eligible. Holidays: IHCRC is closed for holiday observations a total of 13 days per calendar year. All Full Time status employees will receive holiday pay for the regular scheduled work day. Additional Benefits: IHCRC reimburses eligible employees for professional license fee renewals, professional liability insurance, professional organization memberships, and continuing education conferences. IHCRC values its employees and the hard work they do. We enjoy recognizing staff by providing catered lunches throughout the year, cookies and sweet treats periodically, dress up days and themed lunches, and random gift drawings. Staff tenure awards and performance awards are celebrated annually with an evening dinner and awards presentation. New Hires: Benefits become effective on the first day of the month following 30 continuous days of employment. Open Enrollment: Benefits' plan year is January 1st - December 31st. Open enrollment occurs in December of each year. More info about area: Duties:Completes treatment plans that include measurable and time-limited goals. Completes progress notes by the end of each day. Attends monthly case consultation meetings and is prepared to discuss cases. Provides therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. Provides comprehensive services within scope of licensure, specialized training, and IHCRC privileges. Completes thorough intakes on patients, including obtaining mental health and substance abuse history. Develops diagnosis for patients based on DSM criteria. Provides crisis intervention services. Establishes rapport with patients and provides continuing care to patients. Collaborate with other providers/agencies with referrals and/or integrated care. Completes other tasks as assigned. Qualifications:Master's Degree, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Demonstrates clinical competency required for community behavioral health. Strong communication skills. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with electronic health records software. Must be a self-starter, multi-tasker, with ability to effectively give direction and input to care team. Demonstrates and understanding of and/or a willingness to learn about cultural considerations for working with Native American patients. Work Type:Permanent, Full
