Royal Valley schools serve residents along the Highway 75 corridor in southern Jackson County, including the towns of Hoyt and Mayetta, as well as the Prairie Band Potawatomi Reservation. Royal Valley High School (9-12) is located in Hoyt. Royal Valley Middle School (5-8) is located in Mayetta, and Royal Valley Elementary School (K-4) is located in Hoyt.
