As an Extrusion Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating melt spinning Extrusion Machines efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment. This position involves setting up, operating, and monitoring machines that extrude and form continuous filaments from synthetic materials. Pay: $17.50 per hour + $1.50/hr. weekly attendance bonus 3rd Shift Hours: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, Monday-Friday Training Hours: 3 PM - 11:30 PM (2nd shift) for 2-4 weeks Job Responsibilities: * Record operational data on tags and attach them to machines. * Clean and maintain extruding and forming machines. * Remove the excess or completed filament from machines. * Monitor machine operation, control boards, and gauges for malfunctions. * Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: One year of extrusion/machining experience. Must be mechanically inclined and able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.
