Our client in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team!

Job Title: Circuit Card Assembler / Solderer
Location: Lancaster, PA
Pay Range: competitive pay- based off experience
Responsibilities:
- Installing electronic components onto circuit boards using basic hand tools, materials and processes, including soldering
- Operating machinery to clean and test circuit boards
- Following work instructions and router operations
- Preparing components for installation, including forming components by hand or automation, bending leads and preconditioning leads or wires
- Self-inspecting product for defects prior to moving the product to the next phase
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Exceptional fine manual dexterity
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Soldering skills preferred, but not required as we will provide training
- Patience for repetitive and routine work
What qualifications are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to read and comprehend work process instructions, standard measurements and charts
- Ability to see and work using a microscope
- Fine motor skills and dexterity
