Salary/Hourly Rate: $35/hr - $38hr Position Overview: The primary responsibility of the Photoshop Retoucher in the Sports Division is to expertly retouch and set up templates for a diverse range of products. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the clients receive images that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess not only technical proficiency but also a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each image is meticulously prepared to match the client's specifications. Speed, consistency, and the ability to follow directions are crucial in this role. The Photoshop Retoucher will work closely with other team members to complete assignments on time, maintaining the quality and consistency of the images across different products and teams. Responsibilities of the Photoshop Retoucher: * Expert Retouching: Utilize advanced skills in Photoshop to work with channels, masks, curves, and complex layered files. This includes color matching, compositing, skin retouching, and product clean-up, ensuring each image is polished and professional. * Detail-Oriented Approach: Maintain a methodical and organized approach to retouching, paying close attention to every aspect of the image. Consistency in image quality is critical, ensuring all images meet the high standards set by our team. * Efficient Workflow Management: Handle a high volume of work while maintaining a clean file structure and organized workflow practices. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines is essential. * Collaborative Teamwork: Work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. Qualifications for the Photoshop Retoucher: * 3+ years experience as a Photoshop Retoucher or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your retouching skills. * In-depth knowledge of Photoshop, including channels, masks, curves, and layered files. * Experience in color matching, compositing, skin retouching, and product clean-up. * Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to work. * Ability to work quickly and consistently, delivering high-quality results on tight deadlines. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team. * Familiarity with Bridge, Microsoft Office, and Apple software is a plus. Education Requirements: * A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required if there is equivalent experience.
