Apply Description Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Job Type: Full-time Location: Plainview, NY We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, quality control, and project management. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systems * Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues * Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams * Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction * Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget * Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment * Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems * Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies * Excellent project management skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
