This exciting, fast-growing company is looking for a talented Freelance Product Development Coordinator to work in their New York offices! Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr - $22/hr Depending on experience Position Overview: The Freelance Product Development Coordinator will be working closely with the design team. The Freelance Product Development Coordinator will act as a liaison between the vendors, and Design and Production teams with the order status of merchandise. They will be the main support of the Product Development team. Responsibilities of the Freelance Product Development Coordinator: * Update relevant information in systems including color, costing details, and sourcing. * Assist with BOMs and updating appropriate cost sheets. * Ensure sampling activities are always up-to-date according to the development calendar. * Check, log, and distribute samples including all proto samples. * Monitor, track, and report on all requested prototypes. * Organize all samples in the PD closet. * Assist the manager in pre-production by turning specs into Production specs. Qualifications for the Freelance Product Development Coordinator: * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to meet deadline demands. * Highly organized and detail-oriented. * Internship experience preferred.
