We are currently seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Communications and Training Consultant to join our team supporting FMDDT AaaS RPA program for the US Navy. This position will require some on-site support at the Pentagon. What you'll do: Mature the FMDDT AaaS developer community through the execution of training sessions and workshops to DON personnel on automation tools, techniques, and best practices. Responsibilities: * Ensure broad Adoption of AaaS Portfolio initiatives by effectively facilitating the education and widespread adoption of Automation as a Service (AaaS) portfolio initiatives and products across the Department of the Navy * Develop comprehensive training materials as SOPs, including user guides, slick sheets, videos, and tutorials * Conduct Citizen Developer training cohorts to organically grow bot development across the DoN * Facilitate build-a-bot sessions, live demos and trainings * Facilitate practical Hands-On Learning Opportunities * Advanced AaaS Developer Community by executing targeted training sessions and workshops, equipping DoN personnel with the latest automation tools, techniques, and best practices * Strengthen internal expertise by conducting train-the trainer sessions, empowering personnel to independently manage and expand automation initiatives * Facilitate education and widespread adoption of AaaS portfolio initiatives and products * Provide comprehensive Command Engagement through diverse communication channels, including workshops, demonstrations, trainings, requirement elicitation sessions, and digital platforms such as newsletters, articles, the FM&C LinkedIn page, DoN training websites, FMDDT Office Hours, Microsoft Teams channels, and the FMDDT Community Portal (SharePoint) * Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC's clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC's clients Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from a school accredited in the United States * Active Secret Security clearance * 2-3 years technical writing, training and proven strategic communications experience for an IT or Robotic technology program * Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint * Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask * Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills * Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or client Compensation Policy: Salary ranges displayed are typical for this position, but MBC considers multiple factors when extending an offer. Factors include the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's qualifications, and the contractual terms of the program.
