Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for technology and data roles within the healthcare industry. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging your industry expertise and data-driven strategies to source, attract, and onboard top talent. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: * Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and onboard tech and data professionals * High-Volume Hiring: Manage multiple requisitions efficiently, delivering quality hires in tight timelines. * Strategic Sourcing: Leverage diverse channels to attract top talent and build pipelines for critical roles. * Industry Expertise: Must have current experience with healthcare tech and data trends, skills, and certifications. * Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and drive hiring strategies. * Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging process with clear communication and timely feedback. * Data-Driven Insights: Use metrics to optimize recruitment performance and outcomes. Qualifications Qualifications: * 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally in healthcare. * Proven success in high-volume recruitment environments. * Expertise in hiring for tech and data roles is required (e.g., Sr. RPA Developer, Sr. Task Automation Developer, Sr. Robotics Process Automation,etc). * Strong ATS proficiency, organizational skills, and stakeholder management. * Must excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments characterized by ambiguity, minimal structure, and evolving processes. Knowledge of healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA) and familiarity with industry trends.
