Your role in our team * You will prepare and post monthly journal entries. * You will prepare account reconciliations. * You will document internal operating and control procedures. * You will review processes, recommend improvements, and work with IT on implementing process changes. * You will assist in preparing schedules for auditors. * You will assist with monthly and year-end closes and audits, adhering to corporate deadlines. * You will complete special projects as required - will then present results of budget or cost planning to senior management. Your profile * You have a BA / BS degree in Accounting or related field/or equivalent experience. * You have 3-7 years of experience in a traditional (GL, balance sheet, journal entries, account reconciliations) accounting role. * Your knowledge of SAP is highly desirable. * You have analytical and research skills with high attention to detail. * You have strong time management and organizational skills. * You are able to multi-task and work well independently and with others. * You have strong written and oral communication skills. * You are proficient in Excel and other Microsoft programs.
