We are currently seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Program Manager to join our team supporting DoN-FOTS program for the US Navy. This position will require on-site support at the Pentagon. What you'll do: Provide overall program management support to ensure successful execution of the Automation as a Service (AaaS) robotic process automation program. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation * Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks * Deliver all required documents, metrics, and solutions to ensure the project's goals are met. This also involves providing actionable recommendations for process improvement and other activities as required * Document detailed analyses of metrics used to determine return on investment (ROI), ensuring that the project is aligned with business objectives and providing a basis for informed decision-making * Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to maximize productivity and ensure efficient use of resources * Maintain a well-organized inventory on the NMCI network of all automation-related plans proposed by the business unit, including process walkthroughs, diagrams, intake assessments, and automation descriptions * Recommend and implement alternative processes to enhance automation development, streamline operations, and reduce redundancies, to improve overall efficiency * Manage timelines and deadlines for submission of material * Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure timely submission of all required materials, and preparing reports that support any program-related data calls or inquiries * Monitor the program lifecycle and prepare reports for external reporting to the Chain of Command, other divisions, or internal program members, as needed * Create Communication and Transparency by facilitating a successful project kickoff and maintain ongoing communication through Monthly Status Reports (MSR), ensuring that all functional activities and performance metrics are transparent and aligned with the expectations of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and FMDDT. * Conduct periodic program reviews and status reporting. * Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC's clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC's clients Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from a school accredited in the United States * Active Secret Security clearance * 10+ years' Program Management experience supporting a Navy IT or Robotics Process Automation program * Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills * Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients * The ability to provide support remotely or onsite at MBC Headquarters Compensation Policy: Salary ranges displayed are typical for this position, but MBC considers multiple factors when extending an offer.
