Key Responsibilities: * Use clinical and technical skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team to discover, define and develop a new product * Research relevant disease states, treatment options, patient pathways, surgical techniques, and competitive technologies * Discover unmet clinical needs, establish customer requirements and provide clinical input to engineering design requirements * Develop test models and test methods for clinically relevant product evaluations * Collaborate with physicians and key clinical users on procedure development and understanding product feedback * Create and document new product clinical use workflows, assess clinical hazards, and propose potential mitigations
