This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for creating and implementing a lead scoring model within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance lead qualification and prioritization. Key responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for GCB sectors, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. * Manage the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization. * Design and implement a lead scoring model within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to effectively prioritize and qualify leads. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and business development, to align campaign strategies with business objectives. * Create and manage dynamic, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, web, and social media, to drive engagement and conversion. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and scalability. * Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and CCPA. * Partner with analytics and MarTech teams to enhance campaign segmentation and personalization efforts. * Utilize project management tools to track and report on campaign progress, ensuring timely delivery and execution. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing automation strategies. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on marketing automation and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. * Proven experience in creating and implementing lead scoring models. * Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. * In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, preferably in a B2B environment. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. * Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities. * Technical skills required: database management, basic HTML, marketing automation, and project management tools. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: * Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other marketing automation platform * Demand generation and lead-nurturing campaigns * Automate lead management process including qualification, enrichment, scoring, routing and reporting Join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives.
